We’re so happy to offer layby so you never miss out on a piece you love. Our layby option allows you to secure your items with a small deposit and pay them off over time, making it easier to bring your special pieces home.

By placing a layby, you agree to the terms below.

✨ How long is the layby term?

Our layby term is 6 weeks from the date your layby is created.

You’re welcome to make payments anytime during this period and can pay off your layby early if you wish.

All laybys must be fully paid within 6 weeks.

✨ Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of claiming your item(s).

This deposit secures your pieces and confirms your layby.

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the items may be released back for sale.

✨ Can I cancel my layby?

Yes, you may cancel your layby at any time before it is fully paid.

If you choose to cancel:

• The 20% deposit is retained as a cancellation and administration fee

• Any additional payments made beyond the 20% deposit will be refunded

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method where possible

✨ Why is the deposit non-refundable?

The 20% deposit covers administration, payment processing fees, and the removal of the item from sale during your layby period.

✨ How many laybys can I have?

You can have up to 3 active laybys at one time.

Each layby can include one or multiple items, with no minimum spend required.

✨ How do I make payments?

All layby payments are made securely through our website using:

• Afterpay
• Credit or Debit Card
• PayPal

You can make payments at any time during your 6-week term.

✨ When will I receive my items?

Your items will be shipped once your layby is paid in full.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

✨ Agreement & confirmation

When you place a layby, you will receive confirmation of your layby and these terms in writing. This forms your layby agreement.
