At Hearts on the Spectrum, we aim to get your handmade gifts and treasures from our hearts to yours as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Method

We use Australia Post Tracked Services only, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Processing & Handling

All orders are handmade by our family, and processing times can take 1–7 business days depending on the time of year. Please note that we do not provide estimated transit times; once dispatched, your order will be trackable via Australia Post.

Postage Options

  • Standard Post: $10 flat rate

  • Express Post: $15 flat rate

Important Notes

  • Orders are shipped within Australia only.

  • While we carefully package every item, we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to Australia Post.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you have any follow up questions please call Australia Post.
