Live Sales How It Works

Our live sales are fun, and first‑come‑first‑served. Please read the rules below before participating so everything runs smoothly for everyone 💖

How to Participate in a Live Sale

  • Live sales are hosted on Facebook at scheduled times.

  • Items are shown one by one during the live.

  • To purchase an item, comment exactly as instructed during the live (e.g. “SOLD” or “CLAIM”).

  • The first correct comment wins the item.

Claiming Items

  • Please ensure your comment is clear and matches the host’s instructions.

  • If multiple items are shown, make sure you specify which item you are claiming.

  • Accidental claims are still considered valid, so please claim carefully.

Invoices & Payment

  • Invoices are created after the live sale via our website

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Afterpay

    • PayPal

    • Credit/Debit Card

Payment Timeframes

  • New customers: Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

  • Returning customers: Payment is required within 7 days of invoice issue.

Unpaid Invoices

  • Unpaid invoices will be cancelled after the payment window expires.

  • Items will be released back into stock.

  • Repeated unpaid invoices may result in a temporary mute or ban from future live sales.

Shipping & Orders

  • Orders are shipped after payment is received.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Condition of Items

  • All items are shown live to the best of our ability.

  • Natural items (such as crystals) may have inclusions, markings, or variations this is normal and part of their beauty.

  • By claiming an item, you acknowledge and accept its condition as shown during the live.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All live sale purchases are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Refunds will only be issued if an item is unavailable or significantly not as described.

General Live Sale Etiquette

  • Please be kind and respectful to the host and other shoppers.

  • Any bullying, arguing, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the live and/or future sales.

  • By participating in our live sales, you agree to all rules listed above.
