Who we are
Neurodiversity, Inclusion, and the Heart of Our Business
Our business was never built just to sell crystals. It was built as a space a soft place to land for people who don’t always feel like the world was designed with them in mind.
We are a neurodivergent family. That means our brains work in beautifully different ways: creatively, intensely, intuitively, sometimes chaotically, often deeply. It also means we understand firsthand how exhausting it can be to exist in spaces that expect you to be quieter, faster, more “normal,” or less sensitive than you actually are.
From the very beginning, inclusion wasn’t a marketing decision. It was a necessity.
What Neurodiversity Means to Us
Neurodiversity recognises that there is no single “right” way for a brain to work. Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, sensory processing differences, and many other neurotypes are not flaws to be fixed they are natural variations of the human experience.
For us, neurodivergence brings depth. It brings pattern recognition, hyperfocus, creativity, emotional honesty, and a powerful connection to texture, colour, energy, and meaning. It also brings challenges: overwhelm, burnout, sensory overload, and the constant pressure to mask or perform.
We wanted our business to honour both sides of that reality.
Building a Business That Feels Safe
So many retail spaces are loud, rushed, and overstimulating. Sales pressure, bright lighting, fast talking, rigid expectations. We knew early on that we wanted something different.
Our space whether online, in-person, or during live sales is intentionally calm. No urgency. No guilt. No pressure to buy. You are welcome to browse quietly, ask a hundred questions, or simply sit with the energy of something that feels right.
We believe shopping can be gentle.
That’s why we:
Communicate clearly and honestly
Avoid manipulative sales tactics
Create slower, calmer live sales
Offer free local collection and thoughtful packaging
Include gifts because everyone deserves a little extra care
These choices aren’t just nice extras. They’re accessibility.
Inclusion Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All
True inclusion goes beyond words on a website. It means recognising that people arrive with different needs, capacities, communication styles, and energy levels.
Some people love live sales. Some need replays. Some need written descriptions. Some connect deeply with the spiritual meaning of crystals; others just love how they look and feel. All of that is valid here.
You never have to justify how you engage with our business.
You don’t have to be spiritual enough, knowledgeable enough, social enough, or “together” enough.
You are already enough.
Crystals as Comfort, Not Cure
We want to be very clear: crystals are not a cure for neurodivergence. We don’t believe neurodivergence needs curing.
What crystals can be is grounding. Comforting. Anchors in moments of overwhelm. Tools for regulation, focus, rest, and ritual. Something solid and beautiful to hold when the world feels too loud.
For many neurodivergent people, sensory experiences matter deeply. The weight of a stone. The coolness in your palm. The shimmer, the texture, the way light moves across a surface.
Crystals meet us where we are quietly.
Community Over Perfection
Since 2017, we’ve watched small crystal businesses, home sellers, and wholesalers struggle especially through COVID and the ongoing cost of living crisis. We’ve had to take massive steps back ourselves.
But we’re still here.
Not because everything is perfect, but because community matters more than growth at all costs. Because showing up honestly matters more than pretending we’re thriving when we’re not. Because we believe there’s room for softness in business.
We’re proud to be a space that welcomes:
Neurodivergent folks
Disabled folks
LGBTQIA+ community
People who feel like they don’t quite fit anywhere else
You don’t have to explain yourself here.
This Is a Living, Breathing Space
Inclusion isn’t something you tick off a list and move on from. It’s ongoing. We’re always learning, listening, and adjusting. When we get things wrong, we own it. When someone tells us what they need, we take it seriously.
This business grows with our family, our community, and our capacity.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting a small, neurodivergent-run business. Thank you for choosing gentleness for yourself and for others.
You belong here. Always.
